To purchase license rights to any artworks please use the simple "add to cart" button, using the drop down menu for the appropriate License and term.
Payments
A License and invoice/receipt will be provided with the delivery of artwork purchased. [View Terms, Conditions & Disclaimer below].
To avoid disapointment, an electronic download is available for immediate use of any artwork following payment via “PayPal” or clearance of any other approved methods of payment.
PLEASE NOTE!
There is no need to have a "PayPal" account for any purchase. "PayPal" are the payment processor and other methods of payment may be used.
Download or Delivery
ELECTRONIC DOWNLOAD
Once payment has been received and veryfied an e-mail will be sent to you from "YouSendIt" with your download instructions and link. The download will remain active for 7 days.
GOODS REQUIRING POSTAGE
Items purchased which require packaging and postage will be dispatched within 3 working days using standard Royal Mail services wherever possible. Any special delivery instruction such as insurances, tax and courier services must be agreed and arranged prior to purchase.{Please read the Terms and Conditions below].

COPYRIGHT
All images, artworks,character designs, concepts [illustrated or written] are protected by the Copyright Designs and patents Act 1988. They may not be copied, altered, reproduced,stored, distributed or derivative works prepared based upon any of the content within this website or otherwise without prior written permission of C.Pachela and Pachela Studios.
USE OF ARTWORKS
All above descriptions of the content within this website shall be herein termed collectively as "Artwork".
Pachela Studios grants the license of the "Artwork" to the licensee as provided below on a non exclusive or exclusive, non transferable basis pending the license type chosen and upon payment of the required fees. All other rights to the "Artwork" and any accompanying materials such as copyright, moral rights,intellectual property are retained by C.Pachela, Pachela Studios and associated third party members.
LICENSE TERMS
Greeting Card Illustrations.
Currently for "Greeting card" design purchases there are three licenses available.
1. An exclusive one year license restricted to a named territory etc, United Kingdom only.
2. An exclusive two year license restricted to a named territory.
3. An exclusive three year license with "World" rights'
GENERAL
Merchandising using creative works within this website are subject to separate license specifically issued under an approved legal agreement between both licenser and licensee.
Work may also be undertaken o a commissioned basis. This is undertaken on:
1. An hourly rate based upon current market prices.
2. A fixed agreed amount.
3. Work will be undertaken subject to clients instruction and agreement to terms found herein.
4. Preliminary drawings and visuals etc must be approved and signed off before finished artwork commences. Alterations or additional work to any finished artworks produced by Pachela Studios thereafter will be subject to further costs above the original costs agreed.
PRINTS AND SALES OF ORIGINAL FINE ART
All rights other than "Hanging rights" will remain with C.Pachela, Pachela Studios or any associated third party members.
PRODUCT PURCHASES
All payments are to be made using the facilities shown and used within this website or by prior arrangement. Prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations and will be amended accordingly without prior notice. Postage, packaging insurance and any further applicable sales taxes will be added to your order during the checkout process. Prices do not include any import duties that may be added by the order destination Country [not applicable on electronic downloads]. "Artwork" which is available via electronic download will remain available for 14 days. After which, should the download be required due to loss or damage please contact the sales with all reference details and the order may be reset. Copies of "Artwork" may be sent by post on disk should it be required but will be subject to an additional charge and conditions will apply.
